This is a picture of one of our people checking and pulling a rotary die board for an upcoming run. We have the equipment and ability to make our own die boards. In fact we make many of our die boards. This gives us the flexibility to produce on site giving us a faster turn around and at a lower cost. It also allows us to make changes to rule profiles, improve performance of the die or repair dies during the run. This prevents us from breaking set ups to send dies out for this work which make us more flexible than most all of the competition. Delivering on time. |
