• Previous experience working with equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude, trouble shooting problems.
• Attention to detail to document product quality.
• Ability to instruct and train others of your crew.
• Assist in repairs and maintenance.
• Attention to keeping machine area organized and clean.
• Able to be flexible in work schedule.
