 Case Study 2 - When our customer had a sustainable packaging challenge to:
- Reduced the amount of packaging materials needed to ship.
- Reduce the number of SKUs needed for multiple products.
We designed a box that:
- Decreased the amount of corrugated board used by 26%.
- Allowed six different items to be packed in only two box sizes.

 Case Study 3 - In order to reduce the amount of stocking labor used by our customer’s “big box” customer, we were given the challenge of developing a tear-away display wine carton that not only protected the product in transit, but provided an easy transition to store display.
We introduced our customer to our 5-tooth rotary tear away cutting die rule, which allowed the carton to maintain it’s integrity during shipping, but also has a clean and easy tear when on the store floor.
This concept helped our customer to introduce a new label into a new market for them.

- Stand alone display shipper that could protect glass bottles in transit.
